Location: the hotel was near to restaurant, jungle beach & Unawatuna, and the wildlife. Everybody was hospitable and knowledgeable and the room was stylish...

We were blown away by the breathtaking views from the infinity pool. It was truly mesmerizing to soak in the beauty of the surroundings while enjoying a refreshing swim. The breakfast served on the 3rd floor with panoramic views was a delightful start to each day. The staff was friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant and bar was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The spacious room with a sea view added to our overall experience. Despite a few minor hiccups, we had a memorable time at Villa Thawthisa.

The building is very unique and the rooms are nicely decorated and perfect with the bathroom, a fantastic view, as example. It has very caring staff and great services.

staff is genuinely helpful and you can park your car on-site. its location is exceptionally nice, close to restaurants and bars. the beach is close to the hotel.

The hotel is situated on top of a mountain, providing a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views into the jungle. The rooms, with their glass walls and outdoor bathrooms, offer a unique and luxurious experience. The breakfast, served with a panoramic view, is a true delight with its wide selection of dishes.

We think that the hotel was a little dirty and unkempt at second glance.

The breakfast was great as well as the menu in the evening! The kitchen is super tasty!!! On the day of arrival we arrived very late and actually the kitchen was already closed, but for us it was specially reopened and the employees were all very early !!!

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled on top of a mountain, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding jungle. The rooms, complete with Jacuzzis and good air conditioning, provide the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the included breakfast by the incredible view is a delightful start to the day.

Terrific service, provided by the best and flexible staff. I got a decent size and modern looking room with outdoor bathroom. The breakfast was rich and astonishing, the check in was very early.

I had a great stay with fantastic views from high on the hill, close enough to the beach and restaurants to enjoy evenings out. The staff were always helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities are modern, there is ample parking and transportation to this city is convenient. Breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

Exceptionally attentive and caring staff and the place was fairly clean. It was nicely decorated, brand-new and with jacuzzi.

The location was fantastic, close to town but away from noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful infinity pool with stunning views. Delicious food, especially the room service chips. Well-maintained outside bathrooms.
